Sports Premium
Our children participate in sport and physical exercise through:
- curriculum lessons and programmes
- lunchtime and after school clubs
- inter-school fixtures, festivals and tournaments
- intra-school house competitions
- entry to events organised by local sports clubs
- visiting sports coaches
We are proud to have been awarded the Bronze School Games Mark in 2024. This is awarded by School Games.
The Government has allocated funding to schools to:
- make improvements to the provision for PE and sport
- encourage pupils to develop healthy lifestyles
- increase levels of participation in sporting activity
